The Lodge & Clubhouse
Our 10,000 square foot lodge was built by owner/founder Sam Jones, with lumber that came from the property’s hardwood forest. Our rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated for the comfort of our guests.
The lodge can accommodate up to 15 people comfortably, with five bedrooms and five full bathrooms. Our kitchen is a large, state of the art facility, featuring stainless steel appliances, two gas stoves, and an island to enhance meal preparation. We offer five-star meals catered by the local culinary college, or you can cook to your heart’s content!
The downstairs is equipped with pool table, exercise room, tanning bed, and hot tub to help you wind down at day’s end.
Maximum occupancy is 30 people.
Our lodge is available to rent by the half-day, full day, weekend, or week. It is popular for:
- Weddings
- Family and class reunions
- Corporate gatherings
- Race week at Bristol Motor Speedway
- Church retreats, and
- Private parties
The Clubhouse
The clubhouse is located on the back of the property, closer to the bird fields. It boasts 4,000 square feet of space, with six bedrooms upstairs, three full baths (one upstairs, and two downstairs), and a spacious kitchen. The open floor plan allows for great camaraderie, accentuated by upland bird and waterfowl mounts taken from the preserve and all across the United States.
